OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED | Our history has shown that a vehicle transport is more likelyto be picked up and delivered at the customers desired date and for the best fee, if the BALANCE is paid COD to the driver on delivery.

DEPOSIT | Due when you place your order and we begin working on your transport

Payment must be made by E-CHECK or CREDIT CARD and dealer must provide payment information to be stored for future transactions.
UPON CREDIT APPROVAL | Dealers who historically pay according to terms will be allowed a $0 deposit when posting a new transport. Balance will still remain payable as described above.

Write a check and then attach the check to this form and fax it to 913-749-0940. Your check will be processed electronically and there will be no need to mail it.
Your credit card will be processed for the amount approved only. A new form will need to be provided for follow-up payments. Feel free to phone in your credit card information. Our customer service team is happy to help process your transaction safely.
OPEN CREDIT CARD APPROVAL
Your credit card approval will be kept on file until written notice is received to terminate the approval. Some dealers find this easier, especially when they ship several units! You will never be charged for a transport you did not appove. Your transactions are secured by Authorize.net

What you can expect
Price includes door-to-door delivery service. We offer full insurance coverage for your vehicle while on the transport carrier. We cannot guarantee pick-up dates, but will work diligently to meet your deadlines. A deposit is require prior to posting your vehicle(s) and the balance is due when the vehicle is picked up or Cash On Delivery to the carrier. Drivers accept cash or cashiers checks only
